Fee Schedule

The rate for homeopathic consultation services is $285 for initial consultations, which covers the two-hour in-depth consultation and the first month of all necessary work. $75 for follow-up appointments and anything you may need for the month. This includes time in the office, on the telephone, acute care or in case study. There are no additional charges for remedies or anything else. Payment is due at the time of service or financing can be arranged using a credit or debit card. No insurance reimbursement can be expected for these services. You can purchase one year of treatment for $875, normally $1025. There is a family rate for three members of the immediate family $400 (each additional family member is $160). Many companies have Flex Plans, which will reimburse for homeopathic treatment. Cancellations will be free of charge if you inform the office 48 hrs. before the appointment or in case of an emergency, otherwise 50% of the fee will be due. There is a full money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the results after three months or three follow ups.

Records of client visits and other transactions are confidential. Deborah Monlux may, for purposes of improving your care, discuss a case in a confidential manner with a professional peer, without disclosing any information by which you might be identified. Any other use of your case information such as teaching, research, or publication in professional journals would require separate and specific permission from the client.
