Homeopathy Breakthrough: homeopathic solutions proven to carry memory of water and exhibit biological effects Thursday, August 19, 2004 by: Mike Adams Groundbreaking new research has just been revealed that establishes the validity of homeopathy. It's being called the “holy grail” of homeopathy, and it has been published in the peer reviewed journal Inflammation Research. The study shows that a chemical dissolved in a solution (in such proportions that not even a single molecule of the original chemical could exist in the water) exhibits verifiable, scientifically proven biological effects. What this proves is that homeopathy is real. There's something about the homeopathic water that is different from regular water, and the biological effects are undeniable and easy to verify.
Pampered Pets have alternative therapy March 17, 2007 ALTERNATIVE therapies for pets, bird-sized diapers and doggy outfits in your favourite footy team's colours are all on display at a pet expo in Brisbane this weekend. The shrine to people's love for their pets, the Spectacular Petacular, features all the pet accessories you can think of plus more. Probably the next fad in pet love is alternative therapies, says pet homeopath, nutritionist and reiki specialist Eileen McLean.
While working as a veterinary nurse, Ms McLean saw a niche market opening for a natural therapist in the pet care industry. “In the clinic, people were asking if I knew of any naturopaths for their pets, but I didn't. “I've studied at the University of Queensland and learned veterinarian homeopathy through the British Institute of Homeopathy.
“Interest in alternative therapy for pets is growing all the time - in the last 12 months, it's been huge.”Some people are looking for alternative treatments for themselves, and want the same treatments for their pets.” Ms McLean says the practice of reiki on pets, which involves the placing of hands on their bodies to “shift energy”, helps sort out behavioural problems, anxiety, and aches and pains, while promoting a sense of general well-being.
