AND What are the implications of this New Arizona Health Law for homeopaths?

Many of you may know that the right to practice homeopathy in the United States is determined by state laws. We have several “Consumer States” where the right to practice is based on the consumer having the right to choose homeopathy or any other alternative medical practice as long they follow some simple guidelines like consent forms, etc. The main Consumer States are Minnesota, California, Rhode Island, and a number of other states are in the process of legalizing homeopathy with this approach. Great states to practice homeopathy. Some states are felony states…Awful really! Some states are more litigious than others like Florida even worse than awful!! And some are really benign states like Massachusetts. Hurray!!

Now let’s say you are in one of those awful states you could possibly quote the definition of homeopathy from the Arizona law to make your argument for the safety of homeopathy remedies since it clearly states in the law that the dilution is less concentrated than in drinking water. This is actually brilliant legislation! I am not a lawyer but to finally have homeopathy and homeopathy remedies defined in such a manner that is accurate and proves the safety is remarkable and can further our efforts to make homeopathy more and more available in this country.
